(More customer reviews)1. You need and internet connection to activate the software that comes with the printer, and you need the software to be able to use the robotic functions of the printer.
2. The printer reports it's low on ink about 100 discs before it actually runs out of ink, forcing you to either change the cartridge or click through a dialog box for each disk, so you can't leave a batch unattended.
-- Other than those annoyances, it's a great machine for the price. I've made a few thousand DVD's with printed covers and the machine has performed well.
