(More customer reviews)I must admit that this CD case is quite solid. I've accidentally droppped/smashed it several times over the years and it's still in top shape. The exterior seems to be made of aluminum and hard plastic. The interior features a black velvety lining, a 3 ring binder stlye page holder, 16 pages that firmly hold 8 discs each (4 on both sides), and a sturdy mesh pocket for holding a few extra cd's or 2 cd cases. There are no extra sleeves on the pages for the cd covers. I have noticed some unwarranted wear on discs I've stored long-term in this case. Therefore, I recommend it to people with temporary storage needs. Bottome line, it's a very tough/simplistic and reliable case to temporarily store 128 discs in. It's great for college students/kids who want to take thier music on a trip/people who live in areas prone to fire or flooding. However, those looking to permanently swap 128 of those pesky cd cases for a smaller and more organized collection may want to look elsewhere.
