(More customer reviews)I have ordered Verbatim - 10 x DVD+R 4.7 GB 16x - jewel case - storage media, I have received in time but instead of 4 x 10 i got 1 x 4. Called amazon and told them about the problem, Within another 5 days got a call from cyberguys and explaining the issue about the amazon messup. i.e. even though Amazon website messed up instead of 1 they have added 10. So they have sent another 36 free of charge. i was amazed by the service i got from cyberguys. i would prefer to buy from cyberguys because of the service
