(More customer reviews)Does exactly what I wanted it to do.I had a Xbox game running when the console, standing on a carpeted floor decided to fall over which caused some large rings to be scratched into it.The game of course stopped loading.After using this product it worked almost good as new. The load time was still a little slower than it was before the scratches (10 sec. to 15 sec.)but it worked which is the point.THIS DOES NOT COMPLETELY REMOVE THE SCRATCH, it just buffs it out enough for the laser to read the disk.
