(More customer reviews)These DVD sleeves are well made and very durable.They're also made of archival quality polypropylene, the material of choice for long-term storage (and fully recyclable).Yes, they're expensive, but there is nothing comparable on the market, believe me I've looked.The only thing close is the vinyl DVD sleeves (with a polypropylene pocket and Tyvek backing for the disc) from [...], also a good product.But the DiscSox sleeves are higher quality, and they are also slightly thinner and weigh slightly less.Weight might not seem like a big issue, but if you're talking about hundreds of movies, the weight of each sleeve can make a difference.And their service is second to none.It is clearly a small company that takes customer service very seriously.I usually don't review products, but people have been slamming these for being too expensive.Are they too expensive if nothing similar is available?If there was more demand, I'm sure they would be cheaper, but there isn't the critical mass necessary to push down the price.And if you buy a storage kit that includes a tray for the sleeves, the price is much more reasonable.(You basically get the tray for free.)This is an excellent product from a great company.Stop giving it one star because you don't like the price!
