(More customer reviews)This brand of recordable DVD may work fine in computers, but they are not to be used for playback on a DVD player.Iwas using them to transfer video to dvd using my new panasonic dvd recorder, and all of them had errors when I tried to play them back.
I called Panasonic and they advised the memorex brand was not reliable and suggested TDK, Pioneer and, of course, Panasonic brand.
Don't go for the bargain here - you can use almost any dvd-r blank disc EXCEPT the Memorex (and fyi, Maxell) for DVD recording that is intended for playback on a regular dvd player.
